Yes we do contactless delivery, please note this in the comments section and our driver will leave the food on your doorstep and call you.
Can I pick my order up at the restaurant?
Yes of course, order your meal through our website and click the take away option at the checkout. You will recieve a notification when your order is ready to collect.

What is mountain eats?
Mountain eats is an online service connecting restaurants to customers in Val Thorens. We work with professional delivery drivers to bring you your favourite meals direct to your door.
How does mountain eats work?
Your order is sent to the restaurant and once they have accepted it and started preparing it we will send one of our professional drivers to pick it up and deliver it direct to your door. You can also order in advance if your feeling really organised.
When can I order?
You can place an order 24 hours a day, but our drivers will be able to deliver from 16:00 - 23:00 and each restaurant has its individual collection times.
Do you accept cash?
No we don't accept cash, this provides a safer environment for our riders and gives you a more seamless experience.
Can I tip my driver?
Yes you can tip your driver in cash when they deliver your food. Staff recieve 100% of their tips.
Is your packaging recyclable?
All our packaging is environmentally friendly and recylable.
Something is wrong with my order?
We strive to provide the best service but we understand sometimes things go wrong. If this happens to you please get in contact with our dedicated support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve your problem.
I forgot something on my order!
Please contact our support staff and they will do their best to add the forgotten item to your order.
What if I'm not in when my driver arrives?
You provide your Phone number at the checkout which will allow our driver to contact you. If after 10 minutes of attempted contact there is not reply, the driver will have to leave and you will be charged for the meal. To avoid miscommunication please check the contact details you provide us.
I recieved a call from an unknown number?
Our drivers will try to contact you if they have any problems finding you and we encourage them to hide their number to protect their privacy. Please keep your phone nearby and answer any calls to make the delivery as smooth as possible.
Why am I charged a delivery fee?
We charge a delivery fee to allow us to pay our drivers a fair wage. Some restaurants use their own drivers in which case they will set the delivery fee.

If you have allergies clearly state this in the comments section, if you are unsure about an item contact our customer support staff who can help your further.
