Is ordering through Mountain Eats safe?

Our number one priority is to offer the safest possible environment for customers, drivers and restaurants, we have taken actions to ensure the delivery of our partner restaurants food is done safely for everyone. For example, we offer contact free delivery on all our deliveries and we work closely with restaurants and drivers to offer up to date guidance and safe working practices. It is important to note from the European Food Safety Authority "no evidence that food is a likely source or route of transmission of the virus".


Do you accept cash?

No we don't accept cash, this provides a safer environment for our drivers and gives you a more seamless experience.

Do you do contactless delivery?

Yes we do contacless delivery, please note this in the comments section after your adress. Our drivers will be notified you have requested contactless delivery and will call you when they arrive, they will place the order outside your door and step a safe distance back, they will wait there until the customer has collected the food before they complete the order. Our drivers also have the option to request to only carry out contactless deliveries.
